Stanford (Stan) Sewell

Stan has 30+ years of commercial real estate experience in Texas and California. He started in office leasing for both tenants and property owners. Gradually he added a wide variety of offices, warehouse, churches, and land clients. Some of his clients have been Bimbo Bakeries USA, McKinney Ranch 535-acre tract, Healthcare Reimbursement Services, Spring Creek Greens Office Condos, Office in the Park, Carrollton Office Tower, Custer Road Office Park, Covenant Church, Oaks Church, Church of Grace, Rolling Hills Baptist, Iglesia de Poder, Arlington Baptist University, Kid to Kid, HRS, and Axiom Reconstruction. Community service has been a large part of Stan’s life. He served as a member of
the Zoning Board of Adjustment and later Carrollton Texas City Council member and Mayor Pro Tem.

In Anaheim California Stan served as a member of the Budget Advisory Committee and City Council Member Lucille Kring’s Policy Advisor. Recently Stan was a member and chairman of the Collin County Planning Board.
Born in Norman Oklahoma and raised in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico Stan is a die-hard fan of the Oklahoma Sooners. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Meinders School at Oklahoma City University. In his spare time he enjoys politics, collecting art glass, and family especially his three grandsons.
