Our Founder
Edie Leon is the Broker and founder of Local Realty Agency. She has been recognized with awards and honors in sales and production for the last 18 years in the DFW area. She opened Local Realty Agency after years in leadership at a large brokerage.
She saw the current broken real estate model which focused on the numbers and not the person. She hung up her recruiting shoes and set out to create and environment where the agent has the support and relationship from the sponsoring broker. She is a TREC MCE provider and the author of The L.E.A.D.S. Workshop; a guide on how to build a successful real estate business. She is the founder of Local Agent University, and online on demand learning for agents.
